What is FLO?
FLO is a process management system designed in New Zealand for manufacturing firms.
FLO is internet-driven and can be accessed from any Internet connection worldwide.
FLO is available on both Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac to customers who use Internet Explorer as their web browser.
No additional software is needed to run FLO.
A small monthly fee enables you to access the type and level of software that has traditionally only been feasible with the budget of a large company.
What features does FLO offer?
Because FLO is offered via the Internet, not installed on your computer, we are able to make constant improvements and immediately pass the benefits on to you at no additional cost. We release new features to FLO every 3-4 weeks.

How does FLO improve productivity?
Because FLO requires employees on the factory floor to "Clock in" and "Clock out" of jobs, it is able to provide management with comprehensive employee performance reporting. Managers can then offer employee incentives, or warn underperforming staff.
How does FLO improve my profits?
Higher performing employees mean you won't need as many of them, or you will be able to get jobs finished faster.Job scheduling allows you to maximise factory throughput,
and the powerful reporting can make quotes competitive yet accurately estimate the length of time and cost of materials needed to complete the job.
What support will I get?
Every FLO customer has access to unlimited email-based support, as well as a full days installation and staff training programme.
In addition there is soon to be a FLO online "Getting Started" guide and forum where you and your peers can ask questions of the FLO community, and gain access to tips and tricks for making the most of FLO.
How much does it cost?
$2,000 setup, installation, customisation and staff training fee.
$250 per month subscription. All pricing is per organisation and excludes GST

Does FLO provide integration with 3rd party applications?
Currently FLO does not integrate directly with any 3rd party applications.
This is something we will be working on in the near future. We would love
your suggestions in this area.
How does job scheduling work?
FLO knows how long a particular job takes, and can give you a snapshot of work in progress at any time. Here you can easily see gaps and squeeze jobs in.
Can anyone I choose log in to FLO at the same time?
Yes, all employees on the factory floor clock in and out of jobs. Administrators
have greater access rights and can use this information for calculating employee
incentive payments, to do their payroll, and advise clients exactly where their
job is up to in the production line.
Is the information I see on my screen in "real time"?
Yes. As soon as data is entered into FLO by any user, it is outputted to administrators
in real time.
Can I view all my historical transactions?
From the day you start using FLO, every entry remains available to view and report on.
I understand I don’t need to back up FLO – can you explain?
Your information is securely stored on our servers, and is backed up automatically
every day.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We own our own server co-hosted in the newest data centre in Auckland. Any data transmitted
via the internet is encrypted and secured by a Thwart security certificate.
Do I have the latest version installed?
Because FLO is online and managed by us, you will always be using the latest version and never have to manually upgrade, thus leaving
your I.T. personnel to focus on improving the day-to-day technical operations of your company instead of being called upon to troubleshoot 3rd party software.
Which web browsers can I use to access FLO?
We currently support Internet Explorer versions 6 and 7. Developments are
underway to support Firefox and other browsers.
